Our Staff

Jennifer received her Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, an Associates degree in Medical Administration from Medical Careers Institute and an Associates degree in Liberal Arts from J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College.  Jennifer has over ten years of experience in the hearing industry field.  She has been a licensed hearing aid specialist since 2016. Jennifer and both of her parents are hearing impaired, she understands first-hand how proper evaluation and selection of the most appropriate hearing aid option will significantly improve communication (at home, at work, and in other social situations), reduce frustration and feelings of isolation, and provide incredible enhancement and enjoyment to overall quality of life.  Jennifer's passion and dedication to help people hear the best they can is a result of experiencing personal challenges with her own hearing loss.  She takes pride in helping her community by educating the public about the importance of having your hearing evaluated once a year and encouraging you to have your hearing tested, even if you don't suspect a problem.

Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and her dog named Isabella.  And she also loves to spend time on the beach!  A favorite part of her job working in the hearing field is meeting people and hearing fascinating life stories of her patients.  You're in very capable hands, as Jennifer is continuously seeking knowledge through education, advance training and applying those skills in helping others.  Come meet Jennifer and she will help you hear better in the best and most affordable way!

Pam has been in the insurance industry since 1985. She has her insurance license for property and casualty and is looking to expand her career scope. She has recently embarked on a new journey to become a Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist and has enrolled in Alan Lowell’s Hearing Care Professional Education online courses. Pam is excited to receive hands on training here at Ashland Hearing Aid Center and she will meet you with a bright smile and a warm greeting upon arriving to our office. For many years, Pam has been active in the Ashland community and she is looking forward to helping people in the community to hear their absolute best! Pam is available to answer any questions you may have about what to expect during your private hearing evaluation. 

Outside of the office, Pam enjoys spending time with her four grandchildren, camping and spending time relaxing by the pool.
